If an item needs to be returned, you must first reach out to us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. All clothing items can be exchanged, or you can get a store credit for the item. For all of our Flaming Sister Co. items we must receive a picture of the damages and if you would like to have us send you a replacement candle or just a store credit for any future orders. We aim to please all of our customers with the best possible services and encourage you to reach out to us with any issues.
Once your order is confirmed please allow 3-5 business days for
your order to be shipped out to you. Once your order has been shipped
you will receive an email with your tracking details to the email you
provided to us at checkout
